* Binham Art Group exhibition open daily at the gallery at Binham Chequers Pub. * Chequers Pub quiz 7.30pm first Monday of the month. All welcome, join a team on the night. * Sew and Natter evening at the Chequers 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month 7 - 9pm. All welcome, a great get-together. No materials or experience required. * Binham Youth Group meets every Wednesday in term time 6pm to 8pm Binham Memorial Hall. |

FEBRUARY
February 26th: Binham Art Group... demonstration by local artist Sally Temple. Open to all. Runs 10am to noon in Binham Memorial Hall.
February 28th: Binham Local History Group talk... "Landscape of Towers - lost churches and religious ruins of Norfolk" by Clive Dunn, Binham Memorial Hall, starting at 7.30pm. Everyone welcome.
March
March 28th: Binham Local History Group talk... "The Life & Times of Howard Carter" by Dr Susan Gattuso, Museum Manager at Swaffham. Although born in London, Carter spent much of his childhood with relatives in Swaffham, Norfolk the birthplace of both his parents. Binham Memorial Hall, talk starts at 7.30pm.
APRIL
April 1st: 10.30am Coffee Morning in the Memorial Hall. EVERYONE WELCOME. Meet friends and have a chat over a cuppa !
April 4th: 6.30pm Friends of Binham Priory members' AGM Binham Memorial Hall. To end in time for our right royal talk.....
April 4th 7pm for 7.30pm: "Protecting the Royals" … a talk by former Sandringham Royal Protection Officer David Reeve. Binham Memorial Hall. Open to all. Tickets £6 each including a glass of wine/soft drink. Champagne raffle. Box office details to come. Organised by the Friends of Binham Priory. David is also chairman of Sandringham Flower Show. He is seen here at the show with Prince Charles. Tickets for our talk will be available shortly. Box office details to come.
April 25th : Binham Local History Group talk, "Subterranean Norwich" by chartered geologist and historian Matthew Williamson.... 7.30pm Binham Memorial Hall, everyone welcome.
MAY
Guided tours of the Priory resume this month.
JULY
July 6th : Friends of Binham Priory Picnic 2 Jazz 2019 in the stunning grounds of Binham Priory. A fun event for all the family featuring music by DixieMix. More details closer to the day.
July 27th and 28th: Binham Art Group 19th Annual Art Exhibition in Binham Memorial Hall. A great chance to see some of the work of our talented local artists.
DECEMBER
December 5th: 7.30pm Binham Memorial Hall. Miranda Villiers returns to talk about her late godfather, the eminent Arts and Crafts architect Sir Edwin (Ned) Lutyens. Orangised by the Friends of Binham Priory and Binham Local History Group. More information closer to the date. See our Coming Events page.
